The Five Month Bump

I have no pictures of me pregnant with Ashlyn, because I refused to take them. I, of course, regret it now, but there is nothing I can do about it.

This is me 5 months pregnant with Leah.

I couldn't find me at 5 months pregnant with Brandon, so this is me at 7 months pregnant with Brandon.

And here I am today. At exactly 5 months pregnant with baby #4. Some of you have said, I don't look very pregnant. Well, here's proof for you. Pretty sad that I look just about the same at 5 months as I did with Brandon at 7 months. So YES, for me, I do definitely look pregnant. Here's to the next 4 months.

Memories

We stayed with my Dad for half of the time while we were in FL. It was SO nice to have room to spread out and let the kids run around. SO much better than a crowded hotel. Leah fell in LOVE with my dad's cat, Kiki. Anyway, one night my Dad pulled out pictures from when he was a kid. Pictures he never really showed us as kids. It was fun to see him when he was younger. I just wish he had more of himself so I could get a better sense of who he was as a kid/teenager. Love you Dad! Thanks for the fun week and the YUMMY steaks.

Sweet siblings

While Paul and Leah were away, Ashlyn INSISTED on sleeping in my bed every night with me. She was much too lonely to sleep by herself. So every morning, when Brandon woke up, I brought him into bed too and turned on a cartoon to watch while I took a shower. This is how I found them one of those mornings. Brandon was all snuggled up with his sister. He does live up to his name, that's for sure (Snugs).

(He did have a shirt on. Not sure why he doesn't in this picture. Maybe he got syrup on it from breakfast. haha)

Waffles

Brandon is obsessed with Eggo Waffles. Has been since he was able to eat solid food. He has now progressed to the point where he has to GET the waffle out of the freezer himself, PUT it in the toaster, TAKE it out of the toaster, TEAR it into bite size pieces, and POUR syrup on it. At least he eats it all.

(Don't worry, I always stay RIGHT by him.)

Sweet little Smile

Leah doesn't get featured on my blog too often, poor little girl. She just got back from a fabulous Daddy/daughter trip to Iowa and Nauvoo to visit her Grammy and PopPop. She had a WONDERFUL time and was thoroughly spoiled being the only child with THREE adults attention. I have to admit, my house was definitely quieter without her around and I probably yelled less than I usually do, but that adorable little smile and sweet little heart that greeted me this morning with an ENORMOUS hug is totally worth all the struggles I have with her. And even though I complain about how hard she is for me, I totally LOVE her to pieces. She always has had the greatest smile. I love you little girl!

(picture taken at Dreamworks last Friday when we went to visit Daddy for lunch)

It's a.....

BOY!

Had my 20 week ultrasound today. I always get so nervous, yet excited at the same time. Totally hoping everything is okay with the baby, but totally excited and hopeful to find out the gender. Well, today was a good day. Everything looks good with the baby so far (keeping fingers crossed), and we found out it's a little boy! We are SO excited and SO grateful to have this little baby boy come join our family in a few short months. I can't even believe it! Time is flying by SO fast with this pregnancy.

My Scanner is not working right now, so I took a picture of the two ultrasound pictures I got, so I could post them on my blog. Hope you can see them okay.

Florida Wedding part 2

THE BIG DAY!!!

We hung out at the beach again in the morning (rough life huh). My Dad bought the kids a TON of sand toys. OH how I wish I could have fit them in my suitcase to bring them home. They had fun with them while we were there though.

Ashlyn could spend all day at the beach, even if it meant she'd be in pain later from being burnt to a crisp. Funny thing is this girl HATED sand when she was little. Like HATED it. Like wouldn't even let it touch her toes without screaming HATED it. Boy has she out grown that (thankfully).

Father and Son. Both love the beach about the same amount, which is not too much. But they were good sports and hung out and played anyway.

This is Cali. My cousin Chelsea's little girl. She's such a doll. It was fun to get to see her.

Then we had to head up to our rooms to start getting the girls ready. Guess they had to be ready 2 hours before the wedding, and Tyler neglected to tell me that (I don't know WHY? Not like he had anything else on his mind. hehe). Oops. I was running late. It all worked out in the end though and I don't think we held the pictures up too much.

My pictures are backwards again. Maybe I need to start loading them differently.

So this is at the reception. Ashlyn of course asked Pop (my dad) to dance with her. Too cute!

Abby (my stepdad's grand daughter, and also my girls cousin) with my girls. Wish they could play more often but Abby lives out in North Carolina. SO glad they made the trip down. I know that meant a lot to Tyler.

Oh finally!!! The happy couple. I had to swipe these next two pictures off of Facebook because I seriously didn't talk to them the entire wedding/reception. I knew we'd be living right by them and didn't want to take time away from all the friends and family they don't get to see much. But I was SO happy to be there and SO happy to see Tyler's face. He was happier than I've ever seen him.

Seriously, could a couple get any more beautiful? Like Ken and Barbie. And the best part is, they are super nice too!

The flower girls. They were SO excited and did quite a good job. I was proud of them.

The ceremony was nice and sweet. Very traditional and very beautiful.

Brandon crashed hard after the wedding. We even had to get up and take pictures and he slept the whole time on his Daddy's shoulder. Doesn't my honies look so cute?

Jim HATES taking pictures. Here he is starting to walk away even though I told him Ashlyn had her eyes closed. So this was the best I got.

Well, he put them on well. I was surprised. It was Daddy's special touch. Only one came off the whole night.

And Amy (my sister's BFF) was nice enough to put it back on for him.

My mom being escorted to her seat. She looked HOT!

The happy groom waiting for his lovely bride to come down the aisle.

This was before the wedding started. Guess he was standing in the background with the minister.

My Aunt and Uncle (who have been married the longest in our family). Kudos to you two. What a wonderful couple.
